Tee’s Beauty Hub — Terms & Conditions Effective Date: September 2026 By booking an appointment with Tee’s Beauty Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Appointments * Appointments must be booked in advance. * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * A late arrival may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the amount of time available. * Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late or need to reschedule. 2. Deposits & Payments * A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. * Deposits are **non-refundable** unless otherwise stated by Tee’s Beauty Hub. * The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. * Accepted payment methods will be communicated when booking. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit and/or a requirement to pay a new deposit before booking again. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined. 4. Hair & Beauty Services Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their hair, skin, allergies, sensitivities, and previous treatments when necessary. Please inform your stylist/beautician of any conditions or concerns that may affect your service. Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, skin type, and aftercare. Tee’s Beauty Hub is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions. 5. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while receiving services. Tee’s Beauty Hub is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items. 6. Children & Additional Guests *Please confirm in advance if you will be bringing a child or additional guest. * Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless they are receiving a scheduled service. * The studio may limit additional guests due to space and safety considerations. 7. Hygiene & Safety Tee’s Beauty Hub is committed to maintaining a clean and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a client's condition, behavior, or circumstances create a health or safety concern. 8. Respect & Professional Conduct All clients and staff are expected to treat each other with respect. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 9. Photos & Social Media With your permission, photos or videos of completed services may be taken and used on Tee’s Beauty Hub's social media or promotional materials. You may decline photography at any time. 10. Changes to Terms Tee’s Beauty Hub reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be communicated or posted as appropriate. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
